Well, our little monkey is ALL over the place. She loves crawling into the pantry and playing with everything that is on the floor (can sodas, Brian's lunchbox, and napkin holder). We recently got some new bar stools that came in a large box that she loves crawling through. She also enjoys playing with cards, her sand toys (from the Easter Bunny) and anything that plays music. I am totally thinking Ella will be a great gymast. She's so flexible and strong.
Ella also loves being at her babysitter's house. Sometimes when I go to pick her up, she'll look and me and then move along by playing more. She loves the boys there and enjoys what they are into.
I try looking at our bad news as something that could be so much worse. Ella went for her 9 month check up on March 29th (I know way late). She was 16 lbs., 4 oz and put her in the 10th percentil for height. She was 50th% for head and 75th% for height. We have a long and lean baby girl! The sad part was that her hip still made a clicking noise therefore she is back in the harness until this Friday and then they are supposed to be giving her a different type of brace that she needs to wear for a minimum of 2 months. They good part about all of this was that they don't think that she needs to have surgery, thank God, and that this is fixable. I am thankful for that. She has adjusted well back to the harness. The first couple of nights were hard, but now, she gets around like a champ. She is just the sweetest little girl. I'm so thankful everyday that she is mine!
